I’m a board-certified and licensed music therapist, currently providing music therapy services in Northern Virginia [not including any locations in Fairfax County, or 5 miles outside of that county]

I combine my music therapy, and psychology schooling plus my lived experience to create a personalized therapeutic experience. I consider my approach to be relational, humanistic, and improvisational in nature. I believe each individual has innate unique wisdom and I am here as a guide to support a persons’ connection back to themself. Through music interventions and our mutual connection of music I hope to support folks on their journey of health and wellness. I’m informed by mindfulness/meditation practice, trauma informed care, & IFS (internal family systems). I am continuously learning and actively practice embodying what I share through this business. I trek this journey of life along side you not from above or below.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a dog mom to my sweet pup, Maple. When I’m not leading music therapy sessions, I enjoy being outside, songwriting, drawing, collaging, playing music with my family & friends. Nature is a cornerstone of my wellbeing and I am a life long steward of the earth for all that she is.

I am honored and thrilled to be using my skills, heart, & presence to uplift and support the community one musical moment of connection at a time.

Hi there, I’m Casey!
